Savina was born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y. in the New York City Public Housing Projects, with ancestry from Honduras with a Garífuna background. Savina’s sound is so unique, as she brings Afro Latina flavor to the Latin music industry. Savina’s music is a mix of Talento Catracho and R&B, singing in Spanish & English.
Her rise in the music industry was very hard, because she lacked the support of friends at the start of her music career, due to theft, jealousy, and betrayal.
However, this only made her music stronger and inspired hit songs such as “Sorry,” “Her Choice,” & “Unconditional.” All of her music is based on true stories and that's how Savina overcame her devastation.
